Helpful Tips for Ordering
Some of the questions we’ll ask you in order to help you make the right choices are . . .
- Are you buying for an event or is it a gift?
- If it’s for an event, how many people will be there and will this be the main feature (dessert party) or part of a larger menu? How many people will be there?
- If it’s a gift, how many individual recipients are you buying for?
- What is your desired budget per person?
- Will everyone be getting the same item or will there be different gifts for different people on your list?
- Will you be shipping to individuals or groups? For example, is a gift for an office or a division or just 1 person?
- If you are shipping to a central location, how will the gifts then be distributed? This is important for us to guide you to a product with an appropriate “enjoy by” date.
- Have you calculated shipping into your budget? This is an additional charge.
Ensure your information is accurate . . .
- Billing Information: Please double check all billing information for accuracy.
- Customer Address Information: make sure the address does not over flow the cell restrictions or the addresses and names will be truncated on the UPS shipping label and the gift may not be delivered.
- Product Quantities: Please make sure you have included quantities!
Gift messaging
- Be sure your gift messages fit within the designated space requirements in the template.
- Check for spelling and typos (we don’t edit what you write – though sometimes we’re tempted!).
- Remember to put your name on the greeting, unless you intend to be a secret admirer.
