Sales & Marketing Assistant
Job Description
Corso’s Cookies needs an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter to assist the Director of Sales and Marketing. The position requires a blend of administrative, customer service, Internet and graphic design skills.
Job Responsibilities
(With Input and Guidance From The Sales and Marketing Director)
- Create collateral materials for advertising, newsletters & promotions
- Oversee Internet Advertising Initiatives, e-mail campaigns, PPC advertising, catalog, etc.
- Write copy and product descriptions for Web Site & Catalog
- Assist with development of sales promotions and programs
- Support Wholesale Customers & Affiliate Customers & Corporate Customers
- Maintain customer databases (ACT)
Other Responsibilities Include:
- Customer service back up as needed
- Public and internal calendar development and maintenance
- Organize and maintain all sales and marketing files both hard and electronic
- Community partnering and involvement as needed
- Possible travel and participation in trade shows and local /regional events (some weekends and nights)
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Must have excellent Microsoft Publisher, Excel. Word, and Outlook skills.
- Excellent follow-up and follow through and a proactive approach to all work
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
- Must be familiar with Pay Per Click and other forms of Internet Advertising
- Creative, energetic, enthusiastic and proactive
- Ability to effectively and professionally represent the company
- Team player
